Do I need to close my motel during the refresh?
No. We schedule the work in phases so you can keep operating. We'll style a few rooms at a time, photograph them, then move to the next batch. You can even continue booking the rooms we're working on.
Will this actually increase my bookings?
We're honest: styling alone won't fix structural problems, poor location, or bad service. That's exactly our approach. We work with what you have. If your bed frames are solid but the linen is tired, we replace the linen. If your lobby furniture is dated but comfortable, we rearrange and add a few key pieces. Strategic updates, not wasteful overhauls.
