Feedback Timeframes
48-hour feedback window
We ask for feedback within 48 hours of an approval request. If we don't hear back, we proceed as outlined to keep your project on schedule and secure stock.
Payments
Service Fee
- 50% due on acceptance (to commence work)
- 50% due prior to installation
Furnishing Budget Fund
- Paid upfront and used exclusively for your project
- Used progressively as items are ordered
- Final reconciliation at completion
- Underspend refunded, approved overspend invoiced
